Money is tight and I don’t know what to do….

With so many parents out of work and our daily living expenses not changing a lot are worried about the future. How will mortgage payments get made? How will you be able to put food on the table, pay the bills and still have money left over?
I am not a financial expert but I do know people who are great in this area (aka Cara and Ben from Bounce Financial) and they have shared some amazing advice in a post "How to survive and thrive financially post Covid".
If you are struggling or just after some tips to make sure you are making the most of what you do have - I strongly encourage you to read and get in contact with these guys.
As for the non-financial side of things please take things easy. This is a stressful time and no one expects you to be superman or wonder woman and get through this without a melt down or two. It is normal and it is perfectly ok not to have it all together all the time. Don't be harsh on yourself. Don't criticse yourself when you are having a bad day.
If it all starts to get too much, please talk to someone. A counsellor, social worker, pyschologist there are many people out there who can help. If you don't know where to start you can contact our care guru Gemma and she will be able to listen if that is what you need or refer you to someone who can help if you need a little bit more support.
We are all in this together xx
